Maintain and improve riding fitness  by joining our friendly,  relaxed & fun Pilates class for horse riders. Taught by Pilates Instructor, Physiotherapist & Vet Physio Student Jessica Grainger.  Jessica’s background means she can meet any needs you may have whilst having an excellent understanding on how this may impact on your horse. Small groups to ensure you get the most out of every class! Pilates can help your riding by:

 

¨  Improving Independent movement of the limbs

 

¨ Increased body awareness and control

 

¨ Avoid collapsing and bouncing in the saddle

 

¨ Learn to use the correct muscles to maintain a stable core

 

¨ Reduce strain through your horses back with improved riding position.

 

¨ Learn how to relax

 

¨ Improved posture to help you deepen your seat
